- choix des artisans : circuit court et uniquement artisans producteurs en agriculture raisonnée ou bio - incite aux commandes groupées pour les consommateurs afin de minimiser le cout des frais de port et leurs impacts environnementaux + enjeu sociétal sur la rémunération des artisans = maintien de leur marge. Il me reste à travailler sur les emballages sous vides des produits alimentaires et les cartons d'emballage. Sujet complexe car concerne les produits alimentaires.
