A Key Investor Information Document is provided to the public upon the issuance of new shares, to be subscribed to in cash as part of the share capital increase via a public offering from September 25, 2020 to March 31, 2020 and in adherence with the provisions of Article 212-44 of the general regulations of AMF, the Financial Markets Authority.

The offer does not give rise to a prospectus submitted for the approval of AMF.
